Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are made to order, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please check our size charts carefully before placing an order.

We do accept returns or replacements if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email].

How to Request a Return/Replacement

1. Send an email to [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Once approved, we’ll either ship you a replacement at no extra cost or process a refund.

3. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Exceptions

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, wrong color, or if you no longer want the item).

• Sale/clearance items are final sale.
